The festival, now in its second year, is promoted and supported by the Municipality of Ponza and organized by Top Spin Cultural Association, with the patronage and collaboration of the Pro-Loco di Ponza.

This year, the event will once again be supported by Rai Pubblica Utilità as a media partner.

This year’s Festival is led by Francesco Maria Cordella as artistic director, Michele Princigalli as operational director, and Filippo Ceci as general coordinator. This established trio of industry professionals, with diverse professional backgrounds, have harmoniously integrated into the festival. The festival offers an exclusive selection of Italian and international films, offering audiences the opportunity to explore diverse cultures and themes through the universal language of cinema. The competing films span a variety of genres, from drama to comedy, documentary, and experimental cinema, with the aim of promoting cinematic diversity and innovation.

The Ponza Film Festival will take place in the heart of Ponza, in the renovated “Carlo Pisacane” multipurpose hall, located on Via Roma, close to the central square of the port.

An unforgettable experience for all participants, allowing them to experience Ponza, with its natural beauty and unique atmosphere, as the ideal place for the encounter between cinema and nature.

The three-day festival will feature screenings and meetings with filmmakers and leading figures, allowing audiences to delve deeper into the themes explored in the films and discover the behind-the-scenes story of film production.

Guests of honor will include director Alfio D’Agata, author of the film “Signora,” which will be screened on the final day of the festival, accompanied by Elena Russo, the film’s lead. The Ponza Film Festival will culminate with the awards ceremony, which will award the best competing films and a special mention to Nadia Carlomagno, actress and professor at the Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples.

The festival is open to everyone, from film buffs to casual viewers, offering a unique opportunity to discover new talent.

Admission to the screening room is free for all.
